Group Bookings

In addition to the “open” Safety Passport courses, we are always willing to run a course at a client's premises or a venue arranged by clients. Like all Safety Passport courses, the maximum number of candidates we can accommodate on each course is twenty - there is a minimum number of 15 to make it viable: candidates do not have to come from the same company, so Clients may want to share a course with other companies or individuals in the area.

If you don’t have 15 persons, please contact us as we may be able to find the people to make up the numbers.

We have excellent training facilities in Glastonbury, Somerset if you don't have access to suitable training room. Just ask!

Please follow these instructions carefully, problems always seem to arise when these instructions are not followed.

In the first instance, please ensure you have adequate numbers of candidates and the funding for the course.

When a date has been agreed a group booking form can be downloaded here .

This form needs to be completed in full and returned to STAGESAFE with full payment. A VAT invoice will be issued upon receipt of payment.

Facilities that are required to host a course are quite simple: a suitable room (that must be conducive to learning e.g. comfortable temperature, no disturbances and toilet facilities reasonably near by) equipped with tables and chairs for the comfortable accommodation of up to 20 persons plus 2 instructors and that can be darkened to show videos/PowerPoint. One 13amp socket is required to run our equipment (lap top and projector). Tea and coffee making facilities are most welcome. We also require a vehicle parking place close to the venue for the duration of the course to facilitate access for our equipment. We need access to sup up from 08.30.

All courses start with registration at 08.50 for a prompt 09.00 start and finish at approximately 16.30.

Individual Bookings

From time to time we run "open courses" in various parts of the country when and where there is a demand, these are normally run in the Autumn, Winter and Spring periods as there is little or no demand for training courses during the busy summer event season.
